Blue Greens

This group encompasses a series of colours whose origins may be traced to the copper minerals and blue pigments that have occupied an important place in painting and architectural decoration for many centuries. From the green hues associated with malachite to the pale blues reminiscent of azurite, such colours have appeared in frescoes, painted plaster and interior schemes from the Renaissance onwards. Their restrained tonality and gentle modulation are indicative of the nuanced surfaces produced by traditional paint systems and mineral colourants.

All paints are bespoke and handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 working days from order placement before dispatch.
