How to use
A proper dusting brush moves dust off the surface rather than flicking it back into the air or onto fresh paint. Use it to:
- Sweep down walls, skirting boards, and architraves before painting
- Clean out moulded detail, cornicing, and panel grooves
- Remove dust between sanding and topcoat stages
- Brush down work after prep - drags less than a cloth and won't leave fibres behind
The long bristles work into shaped detail where a flat brush can't reach. The bristle colours all perform the same - choose by preference or to coordinate with other brushes for the same job.
Care
Tap out dust after use. If clogged with paint or filler dust, wash gently in warm soapy water, rinse, and hang to dry by the handle hole. Don't soak the wooden head - it can loosen the bristles. Stored properly, a good dusting brush lasts years.
